Delivery information

Delivery times:

When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within

24/48 hours by our teams.

It is important to note that shipping refers to the departure of your items from the

warehouses of our suppliers and their delivery to the carrier, and not the delivery which can

take between 7 and 14 working days.

If you are not in Europe, allow a few extra days before

receive your item.

Although 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery can take up to 3 to

5 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (at

given the popularity of some of our products), weather conditions...)

If the delay seems long to you, don't worry, you can follow the progress

of your order on the ORDER TRACKING page.

Important details:

When you place an order with different products, it is possible that

several of our suppliers are involved. In addition, and to save you costs

high delivery costs due to excessive delivery weight, the various items of a

same order can be sent separately.

It is therefore quite normal that you can receive your items individually and at
